Our Favorite Pumpkin Recipes

Starbucks may have discontinued their beloved pumpkin scones, but don’t worry! Years ago, we perfected a copycat recipe that is even better than the original.

You don’t need a mixer. Just a bowl and a whisk, and the results easily rival any bakery or coffee shop loaf. Serve thick slices plain, warm them up with a bit of butter, or slather on some of my very favorite honey butter.

As soon as fall arrives, my family and friends start asking for these pumpkin spice cupcakes. I don’t mind one bit, because they’re simple to make and, honestly, one of my favorite pumpkin recipes.

If you haven’t tried it yet, adding pumpkin puree to mac and cheese is truly delicious. I remember being surprised the first time I tried it, but it makes the sauce silkier, creamier, and just a little bit richer.

Enjoy them warm with classic toppings like butter and maple syrup. Or make them extra special with honey butter, pumpkin butter, or homemade whipped cream.

I love easy desserts, especially for entertaining, and this pumpkin mousse parfait is precisely what I’m looking for. It combines the best of pumpkin pie and cheesecake into a creamy, no-bake dessert.

This homemade pumpkin spice latte recipe uses real pumpkin, coffee, and the perfect blend of fall spices. Delicious, easy, and much better than store-bought!

If you’ve never tried it, pumpkin butter is a sweet and flavorful spread made from pumpkin puree, spices, and sugar. Think apple butter, but made with pumpkin instead of apples. Yum!

The filling is outrageously simple and made with heavy cream instead of sweetened condensed milk, which makes it super rich and creamy.

This is our best pumpkin muffin recipe! It’s easy to make, full of pumpkin flavor, and uses simple ingredients. They turn out beautifully every time!

My easy pumpkin puree recipe only requires 2 ingredients, one of which is salt, which is technically optional! And, don’t forget the roasted pumpkin seeds!

This homemade pumpkin pie spice recipe is my go-to for pies, cookies, cakes, and all things fall.
