Our homemade Bang Bang sauce recipe is incredible with the classic shrimp, but it’s also one of my favorite sauces to keep in the fridge to make our everyday dinners more interesting. Check our article for all of the ways we use it (other than shrimp).
½ cup mayonnaise (113 g)
¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce, like Mae Ploy (95 g)
1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey. Set aside (or refrigerate for up to 1 week).
