Perfect Burger Sauce
Perfect Burger Sauce
Our burger sauce perfectly combines tangy, creamy, and sweet. It’s perfect for burgers, especially smash burgers! It’s easy to make, and I bet you already have everything in your kitchen.
Makes 1 cup
You Will Need
1 cup (240g) mayonnaise, try homemade mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle juice
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 ½ teaspoons honey
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
Directions
1 Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, tomato paste, honey, and smoked paprika until smooth. Taste, and then season with salt.
2 Store burger sauce in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to one week.

Vegan burger sauce: Substitute the mayonnaise for vegan mayo and substitute honey for maple syrup.
