1 pound fresh pineapple, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
2 bananas, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
3 kiwis, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes
½ cup chocolate chips
4 teaspoons coconut oil
12 bamboo skewers, 8 to 10 inches long
